How answers, plans and the assistant work, in short.
The AI
What counts as an answer?
Each reply the assistant writes, wherever it writes it: a member's question, a ticket, a welcome line. Everything else the bot does is not counted.
Do I need to subscribe to use the AI?
No. Every server gets 70 free answers a week, so you can try it with your own members. Answer packs add more whenever you need them.
Can it get things wrong?
Sometimes, like any assistant. Most slips come from gaps: something missing or out of date in your docs, or a question it can't match to them. Keep your rules and FAQ current and shape its instructions in the dashboard, and its answers get better. When your docs don't cover something, it says so and points members to your staff.
What happens when we use them all?
The assistant goes quiet. Nothing else stops working. Add an answer pack, or wait for the reset: included answers come back every Monday at 00:00 UTC.
What do AI actions cost?
AI actions come with Pro. Approving a plan uses 1 to 5 answers, and the plan shows how many before you approve. Cancelling, Tell me more and Undo are free.
Plans and billing
Basic or Pro?
Basic has every feature except two that are Pro only: AI actions, and your own bot name and picture. The rest is the AI. Basic includes 250 answers a week and Pro 1,000. Pro also has a bigger knowledge base that stays fresher. If your members ask the assistant a lot, take Pro.
Is there a yearly plan?
Yes, for Basic and Pro. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. The weekly answers are the same either way.
Do answer packs expire?
No. They are used only after your plan's weekly answers run out, so they carry over for as long as you need.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan keeps running until the end of the period you paid for, then the server moves to Free. Your settings are kept and come back if you upgrade.
