What can be deleted, and how to ask.
A member's data in a server
Ask an administrator of that server. They can run /librarian forget on you. It deletes your records in every feature, removes your ticket transcripts, and makes your invite records and your name in the AI actions log anonymous, then lists which features acted.
If you cannot reach the server's administrators, email [email protected] with the server and your Discord user ID.
This does not delete messages you posted in Discord. Those belong to Discord.
A whole server's data
Remove Librarian from the server. Its data is kept for 30 days in case you add the bot back, then deleted automatically.
To have it deleted sooner, email [email protected] from the server owner's account with the server ID. We usually reply within a few hours, and always within 48 hours.
Your dashboard sign-in
Sign out to clear the sign-in cookie from your browser. To take back the access you gave Librarian, remove it under Authorized Apps in your Discord settings.
The dashboard keeps no separate account record, so there is nothing more to delete.
