AI actions

Ask in plain words, approve the plan, and Librarian sets your server up. Pro only, in beta.

AI actions let your staff set the server up by asking. Nothing changes until the person who asked approves the plan.

  1. In Discord, run /request request: and say what you want, for example a channel for each game: Valorant, Minecraft, League.
  2. Librarian replies with a plan only you can see: every step, and how many answers approving will use.
  3. Press Approve to run it, Tell me more to change the plan, or Cancel to drop it. A plan expires after 5 minutes.
  4. When it's done, press Undo on the result if you change your mind.

It can create categories and text, voice and forum channels (announcement and stage channels too, with Community on), rename channels, change topics and slowmode, move channels, create roles, set who can see or post in a channel, post messages or embeds as the bot, start forum posts and reply in threads, add forum tags, edit its own messages, and read recent messages to summarize them.

It works like one of your staff: it can only do what the person approving could do by hand in Discord. It never deletes or archives channels, categories or roles. Undo removes channels and categories it made only while they are still empty, and never removes roles.

Every plan is listed for 30 days under AI → Actions it took in the dashboard: who approved it, each step, and an Undo button.

Approving a plan uses 1 to 5 answers, shown before you approve. Cancelling, Tell me more and Undo are free. The clearer the request, the better the plan.

Auto-approve is off until you turn it on in the AI settings. When it's on, a plan runs without pressing Approve only if it has 5 steps or fewer, grants no permissions, pings nobody, and the AI didn't have to guess. Everything else still asks.
