Discord leveling bot: XP, levels and role rewards

Leveling rewards the members who show up. They earn XP for chatting and for time in voice, level up, and can get roles at the levels you choose. Free on every plan.

Set it up

1. Open Essentials → Leveling and switch it on.
2. Choose where level-ups are announced: in one channel, where the member chatted, by DM, or not at all. An image card or a text message.
3. Under Role rewards, add a role for each level you want to reward. Keep earlier rewards, or let members keep only their highest one.

How XP works

1. Chat: a few XP per message (15 to 25 by default), at most once a minute, for messages long enough to count.
2. Voice: XP per minute while at least two people are in the channel. Deafened members and the AFK channel never earn, and you can set a daily limit.
3. Levels: level 2 takes 100 XP and each level after takes 50 more, so it gets a little harder each time. You can change both numbers.
4. XP boosts: give roles a multiplier, such as Server Boosters. When several apply, the highest counts.
5. No XP here: channels and roles that never earn, such as a spam channel or a muted role.
