Teach the AI assistant

The AI assistant is on every plan, Free included. It answers from your server's own knowledge and says when it is not sure.

1. Open the AI page in your server's menu, called AI usage and knowledge.
2. Choose the channels it learns from, such as rules, FAQ, announcements and guides, and add documents if you have them.
3. Choose where it answers: chat channels where it replies to every message, channels where it replies when mentioned, and public channels where it only speaks when your knowledge answers a question.
4. Write its instructions if you want it to sound a certain way, and save.

After a knowledge channel changes, the knowledge is rebuilt at most as often as your plan allows. On Pro that is every 15 minutes, and you can run /ai reload to refresh it yourself.

It is not a person and it can be wrong. Check what it says in the first week.
