Set up tickets

A panel of buttons that opens private help channels.

  1. Switch Tickets on and open it.
  2. Under Panels, choose New panel and give it a name.
  3. Add a category for each button members should see, then save.
  4. In Discord, go to the channel where the panel should live and run /ticket panel. If you have more than one panel, add its name.

Members press a button to open a private channel. Staff can run /ticket add, /ticket remove, /ticket rename and /ticket close inside it.
