AI help in tickets

Keep your ticket bot. The AI steps in when no staff member has replied yet.

Works with any Discord ticket bot, such as Ticket Tool, TicketsBot, Ticket King, Helper.gg or Librarian's own Tickets. On every plan.

  1. Open AI assistant → Tickets in the dashboard and switch on Help in tickets.
  2. Pick the categories where your ticket bot opens ticket channels. If your ticket bot opens a thread per ticket instead, pick the channel those threads open in.
  3. Set how long staff get first, for example 10 minutes.
  4. Add Librarian's role to your ticket bot's support (staff) roles, so Librarian is let into every new ticket. Without that, it can't see them. The settings page warns you when it can't.

When nobody replies in time, it does one of three things: answers from your knowledge, asks one question to narrow it down (for example, which server the member means), or tells the member a staff member will help. It never asks twice. After the member replies to its question, it answers or hands over to staff.

As soon as anyone other than the member writes in the ticket, it stays out of that ticket for good, even if it was about to reply.

Ticket types give one kind of ticket its own instructions. Add a type and pick the Tickets button it's for (each panel's buttons are listed). With another ticket bot, add a word from the ticket's channel name, category name or welcome message instead, like restore. Then say what to collect or tell the member. For example: ask for their in-game name, the item and when it went missing, then say staff will restore it within 24 hours.

Each reply it writes uses one answer. When your answers run out, it posts your hand-off message instead, so members are never left waiting in silence.
